Please call the taxi reservation desk. An operator will answer the phone and assist you.
For safe operation, all calls are recorded.
If an operator is currently assisting another caller and cannot connect you, an AI agent will temporarily assist you instead. In that case, please leave your name and a callback phone number. An operator will call you back promptly.
LINE calls are also possible.

Please provide your desired date and time, pickup location, and destination. An operator will inform you whether a taxi can be dispatched.
If you have any questions or requests regarding assistance or transportation, please let us know at this time. Our operator will confirm whether we can accommodate your request and provide guidance.
The operator will provide you with an estimated quote. The actual fare on the day of service may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions and requests for expressway usage.
For flat-rate services such as airport transfers and chartered sightseeing limousines, the quoted price will remain unchanged from the initial estimate provided.

Please review the service details and estimated quote. If you wish to make a reservation, please inform the operator accordingly.
You may let us know your decision to book later, but please call as soon as possible since other reservations may fill up first.
For flat-rate services such as airport transfers or private sightseeing limousines where you wish to pay in advance, we will send an email to your specified address containing the online credit card payment URL and your reservation number. Please complete your payment beforehand.

A taxi will pick you up at the designated location and time. Please be ready and wait until the taxi arrives. It will typically arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
If you have requested pickup directly at your room, please wait there. The driver will come to your room with a wheelchair or stretcher ready.

The driver will inform you when you have arrived at your destination. Please check the fare displayed on the taxi meter.
The fare on the day of use may differ slightly from the estimated amount due to traffic conditions, requests for expressway usage, and other reasons.

For your safety, please pay inside the taxi before exiting.

If you have already prepaid for our flat-rate airport transfer and sightseeing charter limousine service, there will be no additional charges upon arrival.

The driver will assist passengers in wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties (such as those using canes or walkers) with disembarking.
Accompanying persons should wait on the sidewalk or in a safe location until all passengers have completely disembarked.
For passengers who are unable to walk independently without assistance, the driver will provide support to help them move to a safe location.
If you have reserved a taxi for your return trip, the driver will confirm your departure time.
