The basic charge is the passenger fare.
Walking assistance, transfer assistance, rental equipment, and other services are available as optional extras.

Surcharges for Holidays, After-Hours, and Late-Night Service
For Wheelchair Accessible Private Transfer
If you use our Wheelchair Accessible Private Transfer and meet any of the following conditions, the following charges will apply in addition to the standard fare.
| Holiday Surcharge Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year's holidays (Dec. 29–Jan. 3), and Obon (Aug. 13–16) | ¥2,500 |
| Overtime Dispatch Fee 11:30 PM–7:00 AM the following day | ¥11,000 |
| Late-Night Surcharge 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM the following day | A 20% increase in the meter fare |
*The three charges listed above are applied independently. If time periods or days of the week overlap, all applicable charges will be added together.
(Example) If you board the vehicle at midnight on Sunday → Holiday Dispatch Fee: ¥2,500 + After-Hours Dispatch Fee: ¥11,000 + Late-Night Surcharge (20%)

For Airport and Cruise Port Transfer
Airport transfers, cruise terminal transfers, and port-of-call tours are all-inclusive prices that cover highway tolls, Meet & Greet service, a 90-minute waiting period, and consumption tax. Additional charges apply only in the following cases:

*The late-night surcharge applies when the time 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of an aircraft or 120 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of a cruise ship falls between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM the following day. For transfers to airports or cruise ports, the pickup time is determined by counting backward from the departure time.
*An additional fare applies when the total number of passengers, including those in wheelchairs, exceeds 3. Up to 2 passengers in wheelchairs and up to 4 passengers who can walk may ride in the same vehicle; however, if there are 3 or more passengers in wheelchairs, or a total of 7 or more passengers, we will arrange a separate vehicle and process it as a separate reservation.
