Yes. We carry both an electric wheelchair and a backup manual wheelchair.

What if my flight is delayed?

We will wait a maximum of two hours beyond the original arrival time. If you are unsure how long the delay will be, please call the number at the top of this website; it is routed to the responsible driver.

Do you provide airport pick-up inside the terminal?

Yes. Our driver will wait for you at the terminal's arrival exit/lobby, holding a name board.

Can you accommodate large luggage?

Our vehicle, the Toyota Hiace, can accommodate up to 9 oversized suitcases along with 5 passengers, including one wheelchair user.
