Article 1 (Scope)
These Booking Terms apply to reservations for transfer services provided by K.K. BridgeMAIT ("we", "us") that involve advance online payment (primarily bookings by customers from overseas). These Terms do not apply to bookings made by telephone or paid on the day of service under our conventional arrangements.
Article 2 (Booking Confirmation and Advance Payment)
Bookings by international customers are confirmed upon completion of advance payment of the invoice we issue. Payment is processed through a payment service provider designated by us. Advance payment guarantees your vehicle and driver.
Article 3 (Cancellation Fees)
Cancellations for the customer's convenience are subject to the following fees, calculated from the scheduled pickup time.
- Up to 72 hours before scheduled pickup: free (full refund; payment processing fees may be deducted)
- 72 to 24 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% of the fare
- Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: 80% of the fare
- No-show (Article 4): 100% of the fee (no refund)
Article 4 (No-show)
If we are unable to contact you and you do not appear at the designated meeting point within 2 hours after your flight's actual landing time, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the driver will be released. No refund will be made, as the vehicle and driver will have been fully dispatched for your reservation.
Article 5 (Airport Waiting Time)
We monitor your flight status, and there is no charge for flight delays. The first 90 minutes of waiting after your flight's actual landing time are free of charge. Thereafter, a waiting fee of ¥2,000 per 30 minutes applies, based on our government-approved time-based fare structure. Waiting ends at the time specified in Article 4.
Article 6 (Flight Cancellation)
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we will reschedule your transfer free of charge. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund your payment less a 10% administration fee.
Article 7 (Language)
These Terms are executed in Japanese. The English version is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
