- Can you carry an electric wheelchair?
Yes. We carry both an electric wheelchair and a backup manual wheelchair.
- What if my flight is delayed?
We wait max. Two hours of delay from the original arrival time. If you are not sure how long the delay will be, please call the number at the top of this website; it is routed to the responsible driver.
- Do you provide airport pick-up inside the terminal?
Yes. Our driver will wait for you at the terminal’s arrival exit/lobby, holding a name board.
- Can you accommodate large luggage?
Our vehicle, the Toyota Hiace, can accommodate up to 9 oversized suitcases together with 5 passengers, including one wheelchair user.
